TULSA, Okla. — UPDATE: Brown was arrested by the Tulsa Police Department on Thursday evening near Turkey Mountain.
UPDATE: The Tulsa Police Department has identified the stabbing suspect as 29-year-old Jesse James Brown.
Brown was last seen near Turkey Mountain and is believed to still be in the area. Anyone that sees Brown or knows anything about his location is encouraged to call 911.

The Tulsa Police Department is asking the public to avoid Turkey Mountain as officers search for an armed and dangerous suspect after a jogger was stabbed in the face Thursday morning.
Police said officers responded around 6:40 Thursday morning after a woman called 911 to report she had been stabbed multiple times in the face by an unknown man while she was jogging.
After the assault, police say the man ran off into the woods.
Tulsa police are scouring the area on foot and using multiple resources, including the TPD helicopter and drones, to try to locate the suspect who may frequent the Turkey Mountain area.
The suspect, police say, is a Hispanic or Native American man in his 50s.
At this time, Police believe the assault was random and there was no motivation for the stabbing.
The man was reportedly spewing religious statements during the attack.
Police are asking the public to stay away from Turkey Mountain while they search for the assailant.
TPD is asking anyone with information on the suspect to call 911 immediately.
