TULSA, Okla. — A man who led Tulsa Police on a chase in east Tulsa has been arrested.

Police say the chase started around midnight near East Pine and North Yale.

During the chase, TPD says a woman was waving her arms out of the car.

The suspect crashed the car and took off, but was caught by the K9 Unit.

Tulsa Police say he recently removed his ankle monitor.

The driver faces charges for kidnapping, DUI, and eluding, among other charges.
