Sapulpa Police says threat made against middle school not credible

Update: The Sapulpa Police Department says they have made contact with the subject who made the threat against the school and have determined it is not credible.

They advised parents to monitor their children’s electronics and all social media platforms and to notify the platform if they see anything concerning under the report option. It will capture all the important information and inform law enforcement.


Sapulpa Police said they are looking into a potential threat against Sapulpa Middle School.

According to police, a possible threat against the school was made via the social media app Snapchat.

They said they are “working diligently to track down the source of this threat.”
